Opening September 2026 in Leesburg, FL we will have a beautiful new recovery home available to serve women in the Lake County area!

LIVE-IN MANAGER OPPORTUNITY
Our Live-In Manager will be a compensated resident of The Glass House program who helps create the structure, accountability, connection, and support that make recovery living successful.
Qualified candidates must:
Have lived at any Glass House location for at least 6 months, OR
Have at least 1 year in recovery
Have previous recovery living experience
Be comfortable providing structure, accountability, and support to other women
Be dependable, organized, compassionate, and able to maintain healthy boundaries
The role requires approximately 15 hours per week, including:
Facilitating and supporting house meetings
Helping create daily structure and a positive recovery environment
Supporting new resident intakes and orientations
Assisting with discharge processes
Communicating with The Glass House leadership team
Helping residents stay connected to recovery resources and expectations
