We are so proud to announce that we will be adding our 7th home to our Recovery Housing Network!

Opening September 2026 in Leesburg, FL we will have a beautiful new recovery home available to serve women in the Lake County area!

LIVE-IN MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

Our Live-In Manager will be a compensated resident of The Glass House program who helps create the structure, accountability, connection, and support that make recovery living successful.

Qualified candidates must:

  • Have lived at any Glass House location for at least 6 monthsOR

  • Have at least 1 year in recovery

  • Have previous recovery living experience

  • Be comfortable providing structure, accountability, and support to other women

  • Be dependable, organized, compassionate, and able to maintain healthy boundaries

The role requires approximately 15 hours per week, including:

  • Facilitating and supporting house meetings

  • Helping create daily structure and a positive recovery environment

  • Supporting new resident intakes and orientations

  • Assisting with discharge processes

  • Communicating with The Glass House leadership team

  • Helping residents stay connected to recovery resources and expectations
