Terms of Service

Welcome to The Glass House, Inc. (“The Glass House,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including recovery housing, recovery support, and related programs. By applying for residency, using our services, or interacting with our organization, you agree to the following Terms.
1. Services Provided
The Glass House provides structured recovery-focused services, including:
Recovery housing with support for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring (dual diagnosis) mental health conditions
Structured, supportive sober living environment
Recovery coaching and peer support services
Assistance with life skills, employment, education, and community resources
Referrals to external providers for clinical, medical, or therapeutic services
The Glass House is not a licensed medical or inpatient treatment provider. Participation in our services does not replace clinical or medical care.

Customer Support Process
General inquiries may be submitted via phone or email
Current residents should first contact their assigned House Manager
Escalated concerns may be directed to Operations or Executive Leadership
Typical response time is within 24–48 business hours
3. Residency & Payment Terms
Residents agree to pay all fees associated with housing and services, which may include:
Weekly program fees
Admission or intake fees
Optional service-related costs
All payments are due as agreed upon prior to or during residency. Failure to meet financial obligations may result in discharge in accordance with program policies.
4. Refund & Dispute Policy
Refunds
All fees paid to The Glass House are non-refundable.
Because we reserve beds and may turn away other prospective residents, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Voluntary departure
Administrative or rule-based discharge
Change in personal circumstances
We do not prorate fees for partial stays or early exits.
Disputes
Disputes must be submitted in writing via email to: Info@TheGlassHouseRecovery.com
All disputes will be reviewed by leadership within 5–7 business days
Decisions made by The Glass House are final
5. Cancellation Policy
Applicants may cancel prior to move-in; however, any fees already paid remain non-refundable. Residents who choose to leave voluntarily or are discharged are not eligible for refunds or prorated fees
6. Program Rules & Compliance
Residents agree to comply with all House Rules and program expectations, including:
Zero tolerance for drug or alcohol use
Compliance with drug and alcohol testing policies
Participation in required meetings, check-ins, and programming
Adherence to curfews and structured expectations
Respect for staff, residents, and property
Violation of program rules may result in immediate discharge without refund.
7. Legal & Use Restrictions
Services are intended only for individuals eligible for recovery housing and support
Residents must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
The Glass House reserves the right to deny admission or terminate services based on safety, legal, or program-related concerns
Services are offered within the United States and are not intended for export or international use.
8. Promotions & Special Offers
The Glass House may offer promotions such as:
Reduced admission fees
Scholarships or financial assistance
Referral-based incentives
Promotion Terms
Promotions are time-limited and subject to availability
Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated
The Glass House reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Glass House is not liable for:
Personal injury resulting from resident actions or third parties
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
Individual recovery outcomes, including relapse
Participation in services is voluntary and involves personal responsibility.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of all residents and follow applicable confidentiality standards. Information may be shared:
With written consent
When required by law
When necessary to ensure safety or compliance
Residents are expected to respect the confidentiality and privacy of others in the program.
11. Changes to Terms
The Glass House reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be made available upon request or through official communication channels.
12. Agreement
By applying for or participating in services with The Glass House, Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
